ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with prior experience in an Advertising Agency or Production House only. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring clients, building strong business relationships, and driving revenue growth for the agency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Generate leads and onboard new clients for branding, social media, video production, and marketing services.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Conduct client meetings, pitches, and presentations.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate internally with creative and production teams.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and project briefs.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into business.
• Maintain client databases and sales pipelines.
• Achieve monthly business and revenue targets.
KRAs (KEY RESULT AREAS)
• Monthly lead generation targets achieved.
• Number of successful client onboardings.
• Revenue generation from new business acquisitions.
• Client retention and relationship management.
• Conversion rate from lead to closure.
• Timely coordination between clients and internal
• Contribution towards agency growth and partnerships. teams.
REQUIREMENTS
• Mandatory experience in an Advertising Agency or Production House.
• Strong communication and pitching skills.
• Experience in client servicing/business development.
• Understanding of branding, digital marketing, and production services.
• Confident in handling meetings and negotiations.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
3–4 Years of relevant experience preferred.
